Customers of Vouch must notify Vouch as soon as a hire is made through the business portal – ideally also by dropping us a note by email.

Upon hire, the Customer will be invoiced the Success fee, including the referral reward, as per the Customer Agreement.

We will then confirm with the Candidate that the information can be shared with the Voucher and give the Voucher the good news that a referral reward is due.
