Vouch invoices customers the full success fee, including the referral reward, upon a confirmed hire as per the Customer Agreement and relevant Terms of Purchase. Then, upon the start date of the Candidate, Vouch will pay the relevant voucher the referral reward. The Voucher is personally responsible for all tax-related matters regarding the reward payout, but Vouch may, in certain jurisdictions, pay deduct tax for the Voucher upon payment.
